Dan's always been at home in the kitchen, but he's garnered quite a reputation as an inspired chef! He gets a real rush "changing it up" with new and intriguing recipes serving groups of 8 to 24 guests a three or four course dinner with almost everything done from scratch, much to everyone's gastronomic delight.
